Founding pre-orders
- You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your line goes live. Email [email protected] from the address you paid with.
- If we have not made the service live for your trade by 31 October 2026, we refund the pre-order in full, automatically within 14 days of that date, or sooner on request.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5 to 10 working days.
Monthly subscription
- Cancel at any time from your dashboard or by email. There is no notice period and no fee.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. Your line keeps answering until then.
- We do not refund part months once a billing period has started, except where the service was unavailable for more than 24 hours in that month, in which case we refund that month in full on request.
Problems
If something has gone wrong, tell us at [email protected]. We would rather fix it than lose you, and we will refund where we have not delivered what we promised.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
