Vitesse Digital Ltd (company number 16074150, 36 Anvil Crescent, Broadstone, BH18 9DY) is the data controller for this website and for our customers' account data, and the processor for callers' data on behalf of the business whose calls we answer. Contact: [email protected].
This site sets no cookies. If you join the waiting list we store your name, email, mobile and trade so we can tell you when the demo line and the service are live. Lawful basis: your consent. You can ask us to delete it at any time and every email has an unsubscribe link.
We hold your business details, contact details, the information you give us for your receptionist, your call records and your billing history. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you. We keep account data for as long as you are a customer and for 6 years after for tax records.
When someone rings a number we answer, we record and transcribe the call, extract the details the caller gives, and send them to the business by text. Callers are told the call is recorded. Recordings are deleted after 30 days and transcripts after 12 months. The business you called is the controller of this data; contact them for access or erasure, or contact us and we will pass it on.
Retell AI (voice conversation and transcription), Twilio (telephony and SMS), Anthropic (language model), DigitalOcean (hosting, London), Cloudflare (website and email routing), Stripe (payments), Mailgun (email). Some of these providers process data in the United States under UK-approved transfer safeguards.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
